The Network/La Red (TNLR) is a grassroots, survivor-led organization working to end domestic violence in LGBTQ+, kink, and polyamorous communities. We do so through community organizing and education, movement-building, and providing direct services, and we’re looking for someone to join our dedicated staff. 

We are hiring for the following position(s). Salaries are determined by overall organizational funding and therefore non-negotiable: 

  • No language requirements 
    • Capacity Building Manager – $57,515/year. (While this position is not Bilingual required, a pay differential is offered to people who are fluent in English and Spanish with a salary of $59,595/year). 
    • Advocate – $52,000/year. (While this position is not Bilingual required, a pay differential is offered to people who are fluent in English and Spanish with a salary of $54,080/year).
