Join us for our second event of the Survival and Resistance: Power with Survivors, Power for Communities campaign, WE ARE: Survival and Resistance. We will be launching the visuals for the campaign with delicious food and community. Special thanks to HBGC and Jane Doe, Inc., for their sponsorship and support. Check out our facebook event for the latest details.

The first event as part of The Network/La Red’s campaign Survival and Resistance: Power with Survivors, Power for Communities, Wild Tongues: Stories for Ourselves reclaimed power by highlighting the experiences of survivors of partner abuse and/or oppression with poetry, music, photography, and art. Check out some photos from Wild Tongues and like our page to stay up to date on our next event, which will be held in October for Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Every Spring, The Network/La Red holds its annual fundraiser, Paint the Town (La) Red: A Celebration of Survival and every Spring, we have the opportunity to enjoy music, delicious food, and amazing performances with our community. This year, #PTTLR2017 was on April 20 at China Pearl and turned out to be one of our most successful fundraisers yet. Thanks to all of our supporters, donors, and volunteers for their time, talents, and resources. Paint the Town might have passed but stay tuned for more information about how you can get involved with #PTTLR2018!
